General Policy

Terms and Conditions

All reservations are secured by a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 1 night’s stay.

The balance of guest’s accounts must be settled before or on arrival by cash or card.

Prices are per person per night and are based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room, unless otherwise stated.

Our triple rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12 years.

We have a minimum 2 night stay in all rooms unless otherwise stated.

Rooms are serviced daily from 10.00 am.

We welcome guests for check in from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm (unless a prior arrangement is made).

Check out by 10.30 am (guests are welcome to store luggage until 6.00 pm).

Well behaved dog(s) are welcome by prior arrangement free of charge.Dogs must be dried off (using towels provided) before entering our accommodation and are not allowed in the breakfast room at any time.They must not be left unattended in the bedrooms unless by prior arrangement.We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by your dog.

We ask that take-away food is not brought into our establishment at any time.

We are a non-smoking establishment.There is a £100 specialist cleaning fee for non-compliance.

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Charges will be made for any damage caused by guests to our property.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of the first night’s stay will be taken to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date, you are liable for the full cost of your stay, unless we can fully or partially re-let your room, where we will refund an appropriate portion of your balance.In the event of a ‘no show’ you are liable for the full cost of your stay.

Please note that once you have booked your stay with us, our agreement is a legally binding contract.Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality of you needing to cancel.
